The 2006 Blackstone California Merlot shows lifted blackberry and plum
with a touch of cinnamon, vanilla, and toasted oak. The texture is ripe
and soft in the mouth, with bright fruit flavors and a soft, lingering
finish. Blackstone Merlot will pair nicely with rack of lamb, grilled
burgers and tomato-based pasta dishes.

With aromas of peach, pineapple, and toasted spice, the 2007 Blackstone Winemaker Select Chardonnay from Monterey County is an appealing wine with structure and balance. Luscious tropical-fruit flavors are complemented by light spice and toasted vanilla characteristics. This Chardonnay is the
perfect accompaniment for grilled vegetables, flavorful fish dishes, and
roasted chicken.

The 2006 Blackstone cabernet Sauvignon is complex, with aromatic layers of
red cherry, blackberry, cinnamon spice, and vanilla. The wine is full-
flavored and rich, with supple tannins, and a lingering finish. This
hearty Cabernet is the perfect accompaniment to grilled beef tenderloin
with baked potatoes, as well as lamb chops.

The 2005 Blackstone Monterey County Riesling offers aromatic notes of
fresh peach and pear as well as hints of honeyed apricot. These notes are
lifted by a touch of natural acidity. The wine is soft and viscous in the
mouth with fresh flavors of sweet fruit.

Is a rich blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Verdot. It's aged in our best french oak barrels for one year and in our best American oak barrels for the second year. The wine is dark and rich with warm vanilla and berry flavors. It represents our best Eordeaux blend.

Messina Hof 's Barrel Reserve Merlot is known for it's berry aromas and silky, smooth elegance. A wonderful blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is aged in American oak for 18 months. The wine is dark, rich and very round in the mouth with a hint of cassis. This wonderful wine is great with beef, lamb, pizza and rich red sauces. It has won numerous gold medals and best of show awards including the Los Angeles Country.

Fermented and aged 10 months in french oak barrels. This Texas wine gives off notes of citrus, fig, pear and rich flavor with a hint of vanilla. The Reserve Chardonnay possesses a character that is ideally paired with rich textured seafood such as grilled halibut, sea bass and lobster.
